The Wheel
The core tool of our workshop. In this process, we shape the clay until we obtain the desired piece. A 100% manual job.
First Firing
The first time the piece enters the kiln. We fire at low temperature so the clay hardens and loses moisture. This makes it ready and resistant for painting and glazing later without breaking.
Hand Painting
On the bisque piece, we carry out our different hand-painted decorations with the skill and precision of our professionals. Each stroke leaves a unique trace that differentiates one piece from another, making it a unique artisanal process.
Glazing
A precise glazing bath. The glaze covers the piece completely, preparing it before entering the kiln to withstand the high temperatures in the final firing.
Final Firing
To finalize the entire artisanal process, we place the glazed pieces in the kiln at a very high temperature. This is the final step before packaging and preparation for shipping.
